Pricing

A long term stay RV Park that's convenient and has lots of amenities. Give us a call for more information and we will be glad to assist you in any way we can.

rental information

$400 Month | $125 Week | $35 Daily

  • Electric, water and sewer included

  • Cash, check or PayPal to customerservice@vernonrvpark.com

  • Monthly rent will pro-rate to the end of the month. 

  • All rent is due to the Park Host upon arrival and the 1st of every month.  The Park Host will issue a receipt for the payment.

  • $50 per return check

late payments

A $10 per day late fee will start on the 4th of each month

refund policy

Monthly residents only – If you leave the park in the middle of the month, then please notify the Park Host upon departure to leave a mailing address.  A refund of any unused nights minus a $20 dollar admin fee will be issued.
